The Challenge
This was a photography project. The goal was to create a marketing photo that needed little to no adjustments in Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop. The challenge of this project was to figure out the set up, as a student I had little to no finances for professional lighting. I ended up taking a reading lamp and a reusable Dollarama bag to create a light green glow. There is also a hole underneath the bottle, allowing me to use a flashlight to create a glow from below.
The Fun One
This is a personal project. I love coffee and wanted to create a cafe brand called Coffee Chain. The goal was to create a logo that looked bold and strong. One that integrated a chain with a subtle hint of coffee. I wanted to go with a concrete grey and dark dusty blue as they create a strong contrast. Both colours evokes calm and serene emotions, and the dusty dark blue gives the logo a luxury feel.
The Personal Logo
This is my personal logo. You never know what the future may hold. That's why I created my personal logo. I want to get into creating an online presence through social media. I wanted something to represent my journey through life.
The Favicon
The favicon is a mix between a computer chip (to represent digital media) and a skull (to represent death and transformation). Together, for me, it represents the transformation and death of living just to survive, and moving towards my goals, dreams and a live where I thrive.
The Lettering
The font used for the lettering is Sedgwick Ave Display. I used this font as it is a script type font showing personality and imperfection.

The Poster
This is a personal project. I wanted to create a marketing poster for the cannabis strain Galaxy. Upon hearing the name, I wanted represent the name of the bud through changing the colours and making it look more like a galaxy. At first I had the entire bud be coloured as a galaxy, but some got confused and thought I was trying to market the Samsung Galaxy phone.
